Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to individual goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions to foster healing and growth.

• Document clinical progress accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring integrity and professionalism in all records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care that addresses a client's physical and emotional well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and research.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, enabling them to make informed decisions and cultivate resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst or Psychologist in Washington State.
