Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and offer treatment plans for patients undergoing liver and abdominal transplants, addressing both acute and chronic medical issues.
• Obtain detailed patient histories and perform thorough physical examinations, assessing both normal and abnormal findings.
• Request and interpret diagnostic studies such as imaging and lab results to inform patient care decisions.
• Administer, order, and prescribe medications, adhering to medication management protocols and ensuring patient safety.
• Facilitate seamless coordination of care between inpatient and outpatient services, preparing patients for discharge and follow-up care.
• Deliver patient education and counseling, empowering individuals to manage their health and treatment plans effectively.
• Work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient throughput, discharge planning, and overall coordination of care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 160,000 to 200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
