Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, effectively guiding discussions and interventions that foster emotional growth.

• Continuously monitor and assess client progress throughout their treatment plans and adjust interventions as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to formulate and implement comprehensive treatment and intervention plans.

• Engage in follow-up communications with psychiatrists and attending physicians regarding clients admitted to hospitals, ensuring continuity of care.

• Identify potential behaviors that may hinder client recovery and implement strategies to mitigate these issues.

• Support families and primary caregivers in understanding and managing the mental health challenges faced by loved ones, providing psychoeducation and relational strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000, commensurate with experience and productivity.
