Position: Staffing Coordinator

Location: Green Bay, WI

In this role, you'll support recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and talent engagement efforts while delivering exceptional customer service to job seekers, clients, and internal teams. You'll help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding and beyond.

Position Overview - Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates for open positions
• Utilize recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media to support hiring efforts
• Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding activities and orientations
• Conduct reference checks, process employment documentation, and maintain accurate records
• Answer Talent questions regarding benefits, payroll, and employment-related inquiries
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and support ongoing talent pipelines
• Provide administrative and clerical support including phone calls, data entry, and communication follow-up
• Support social media engagement and promote ABR as an employer of choice
• Represent ABR at networking events, trainings, and community functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience
• Prior experience in customer service, recruiting, administrative support, human resources, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and online platforms
• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, outgoing, and energetic with a passion for helping people succeed
