Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years' post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of DSM-5 and experience implementing trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapeutic methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and empathetic interactions.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
