Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to a Monday through Friday workweek from 9 AM to 5 PM. As an LMFT, you will engage in both virtual and in-person interactions, as necessary, to connect effectively with clients and ensure they receive optimal care. In addition, our supportive administrative team will assist with scheduling, billing, and other operational tasks, allowing you to focus primarily on your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Divine Mercy Psychiatry, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients, developing therapeutic rapport and trust.

• Implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, ensuring they align with each client's unique goals and needs.

• Facilitating individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, using appropriate interventions tailored to the dynamics at hand.

• Monitoring client progress continuously, documenting notes efficiently, and adjusting therapeutic interventions based on feedback and observations.

• Participating in case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance the quality of care and staff collaboration.

• Maintaining ethical, accurate documentation in compliance with California regulations, organizational policy, and best practices.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, although newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in DSM-5 standards and commitment to trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information with clarity.

• Experience working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Familiarity with or a willingness to learn electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation management.

Preferred Experience\n

Divine Mercy Psychiatry values the contributions of our team and offers a competitive compensation package. Salary is set between $90,000.00 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Our full-time role includes:
