This position offers the flexibility of a remote working environment, allowing our therapists to provide care while maintaining work-life balance. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments tailored to meet the unique needs of older adults, considering factors such as cognitive functioning, physical health, and social determinants of health.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, to treat geriatric psychiatric conditions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders, effective evidence-based treatment methodologies, and therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual or family therapy specifically to older adults, acknowledging their unique mental health needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
