While you will primarily conduct assessments and provide therapy remotely, you may occasionally engage in community outreach and in-person meetings, especially for special events and program evaluations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychological assessments to identify the comprehensive social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients.

• Provide both individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' unique circumstances.

• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring they access necessary resources and supportive services while addressing pertinent social justice issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients dealing with substance use disorders and related challenges, offering both immediate support and long-term therapeutic interventions. By collaborating with the detox center, you will support individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
