Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to uncover clients' emotional challenges, stressors, and personal goals, tailoring mindfulness-based practices to their specific needs.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in developing coping strategies, enhancing relaxation, and achieving emotional regulation.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that seamlessly incorporate mindfulness techniques, ensuring clients learn and apply these practices in their daily lives to foster balance and fulfillment.

• Organize and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, creating a supportive community for participants.

• Ensure thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to confidentiality standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
