Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to guide treatment plans and effectively address client concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations, ensuring alignment with best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide coordinated care and support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless documentation.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings, bringing insights from client sessions and collaborating on strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
