Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals battling a broad spectrum of mental health disorders. This role requires a therapist who can adeptly engage with a variety of clients, including those from different cultural backgrounds and with varying levels of mental health literacy. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in facilitating meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland is required.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
