Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at beYOUtiful Counseling Services, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, discuss their stability, schedule follow-up appointments, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant client history and establish treatment needs.
\n
• Participate in weekly individual supervision sessions to reflect on therapeutic approaches and enhance your clinical skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on youth clients, including adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Able to fulfill internal credentialing requirements specific to community health settings.

Preferred Experience\n
