Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Inspire Wellness, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a personalized therapeutic approach.
\n
• Providing individual and family therapy tailored to the specific needs of patients, using evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.
\n
• Completing essential paperwork, including billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, within specified time frames to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Developing crisis plans, safety plans as needed, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Creating comprehensive discharge plans that help patients transition smoothly and continue their progress.
\n
• Adhering to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures while delivering top-notch care.
\n
• Maintaining professional competence through ongoing training and continuing education, ensuring you are equipped with the latest methodologies in mental health care.
\n
• Participating actively in case consultations and agency meetings to enhance team collaboration and patient outcomes.
\n
• Completing all licensure requirements and mandatory training to uphold the highest standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensing.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n
