Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, identifying challenges and formulating personalized treatment plans to guide therapy.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique requirements, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly reviewing progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Deliver consultative teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual appointments or face barriers to in-person services, ensuring accessibility of mental health resources.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation complying with ethical and state regulatory standards to support each client’s therapy journey.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with the latest methodologies, enhancing clinical skills and treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
