Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily based in the homes of our patients, allowing you to practice in a comfortable and personalized environment. We understand the challenges of delivering care outside of a traditional clinical setting, so we provide our therapists with the necessary resources and support. Working from Monday to Friday, you will select hours that best suit your availability and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting, developing personalized treatment plans that consider their medical history and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise therapy, stretching, hands-on manipulation, and state-of-the-art equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Closely monitor patient progress by documenting treatments and responses systematically, allowing for effective adjustments to care plans and outcomes tracking.
• Conduct regular reevaluations where you redefine therapeutic objectives and devise new strategies to help patients achieve their full potential.
• Advise patients on and provide training related to the use of assistive devices to support their daily self-care and mobility.
• Engage with patients, their families, and caregivers to educate them about physical therapy procedures, ensuring they comprehend the significance of their treatment.
• Maintain professional growth by participating in workshops, continuing education, and professional networking opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses a varied demographic, including children and adults recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Our therapists need to be agile and adaptable, as each patient's situation presents unique challenges. You will be interacting with individuals facing diverse physical therapy needs, emphasizing the necessity of personalized treatment plans that address both their medical requirements and personal goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is required to practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in using word processing and computer systems is expected.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet various patient needs in their home environments.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is desired, we welcome applications from recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow within our nurturing environment.
• Experience working in home health settings may be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
