Work Environment

Located in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida, our outpatient office is designed to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The center operates Monday to Friday, with full-time therapists working a 40-hour shift. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred to you by physicians, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic exercise programs and manual therapy techniques designed to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Engage in continuous assessment and modification of treatment protocols to ensure optimal patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse clinical team to design and execute evidence-based care that aligns with the goals outlined by referring physicians.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families, empowering them with the tools needed for self-management and ongoing recovery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients and their caregivers.
• Meet specified utilization and productivity goals, supporting the overall efficiency of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, treating a wide range of patients including children, athletes, and individuals with neurological conditions. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program approved by APTA or CAPTE.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effectively interacting with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to maintain accurate patient records.

Preferred Experience

While a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, we value practical experience and a strong dedication to patient care above all. Previous experience with evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, or sports medicine will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance. In addition to generous compensation, our benefits package includes:
