Job Description

Are you a ''people person'' who likes games? Are you good at ''thinking on your feet'', but also like structure and attention to details? This is a FUN and CHALLENGING part-time position, with the opportunity to work into a supervisory position!

HOURS:

MUST be available Fri/Sat/Sun (afternoons and evenings)
Busier times often include holidays, and weeks when schools are closed.
Additional hours may be available M/Tu/W, based on bookings
Average 8-15 hrs/wk

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

excellent customer service - ensuring a fun, positive and memorable experience for all guests!
lead groups playing escape games
lead tours
answer phones
manage bookings
light cleaning
other misc. activities

Requirements

REQUIRED qualifications:

Customer service awareness, with strong desire to provide a fun, positive and memorable experiences for all guests!
Interest in games and group activities for all ages
Excellent work ethic
Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions AND be flexible when necessary
Ability to connect with guests and motivate them to have fun in our games
Experience with Google Apps
Excellent phone/communication skills
Flexible schedule and reliable transportation

DESIRED qualifications:

Customer Service experience
Experience working with a wide range of ages
Experience playing escape games (a plus!)
Experience with booking software (a plus!)
High School Diploma (for Operations Assistant)
