Work Environment

As an onsite rehabilitation facility, our clinic offers a dynamic and supportive work setting. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to provide optimal care. The role comprises approximately 40 hours per week, including potential weekend shifts, ensuring flexibility to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical impairments and functional limitations, determining the best course of treatment.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, patient goals, and physician recommendations.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, while continually modifying treatment as needed.
• Consulting regularly with healthcare providers and referring sources to ensure holistic patient care and effective communication throughout the continuum of care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress, abiding by all applicable regulatory standards.
• Leading community outreach initiatives to promote wellness and educate the public on orthopedic health.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through attending in-service trainings and pursuing continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with patients of various ages and backgrounds, promoting functional independence and enhancing their quality of life. Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and word processing applications.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation settings.

Compensation and Benefits

Parkview PT Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
