Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify symptoms of mood disorders and other mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive client evaluations, ensuring that interventions are tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Educate families and clients on mental health conditions, therapeutic processes, and supportive resources available to them.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and contribute to continuous improvement within our clinic.

• Advocate for mental health awareness within the community and support initiatives that aim to reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with range from children to adults, each facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Our focus on family therapy means you'll engage with clients in different contexts, providing support that encompasses family dynamics and relationships. You will directly impact clients' lives, helping them through transition periods, family conflicts, and mental health issues, thereby fostering resilience and positive coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
