Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring that each case is approached with individualized attention.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and requirements, utilizing modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and other relevant techniques.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' needs.

• Facilitate educational sessions for clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and maintaining records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to implement innovative strategies in client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
