Strategic Account Manager Responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and alignment with their business goals. The role demands a combination of account management, sales acumen, and strategic thinking to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction across high‑value accounts. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, fostering trust and long‑term relationships. Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs, delivering customized solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, services, and solutions that exceed client expectations. Develop and execute account plans, identifying key opportunities for growth and expansion within each strategic account. Monitor account performance, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations to optimize results. Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring agreements are aligned with client goals and company policies. Address and resolve any client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service excellence. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide clients with valuable strategic insights. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress, identify new opportunities, and drive mutual value. Maintain accurate records of account activities, ensuring that all interactions, opportunities, and outcomes are well documented in CRM systems. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and ensure alignment between client needs and company offerings. Stay up to date with industry changes, new technologies, and best practices to provide ongoing value to clients. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing strategic accounts. Experience in B2B sales or enterprise account management is highly preferred. Strong relationship‑building and account management skills, with the ability to develop deep, long‑term client relationships. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to identify business opportunities, analyze client needs, and provide effective solutions. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Experience in using CRM software and other account management tools. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a results‑oriented mindset. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in account management. Special Requirements U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. ITAR requirement.
