Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility for both the therapist and the clients while maintaining a professional and structured environment. We use various telehealth platforms that enable secure and efficient interactions with clients, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting work-life balance while allowing you to fully engage with your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments through virtual meetings to evaluate clients' challenges, needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Lead therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, tailored to foster emotional healing and relational growth.

• Create, implement, and periodically revise individualized treatment plans based on therapeutic progress and changing client needs.
\n
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessment results, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices and continue personal growth within the field.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families who are navigating various personal and relationship challenges, particularly those related to addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Maryland.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with outstanding problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
