Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000/year + bonus

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)


Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant and Office Manager in New York, NY for our client, supporting executive administration, office operations, scheduling, travel coordination, and team support activities within a professional services environment. This opportunity will work closely with leadership and internal teams to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, oversee office administration, and support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, executive support experience, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager:
  • Executive Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments, conferences, and business travel for leadership and team members.
  • Communication Management: Provide professional phone coverage, prioritize inquiries, and handle communications with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business materials using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expense Administration: Prepare and submit expense reports while maintaining accurate records and supporting reimbursement processes.
  • Office Operations: Oversee daily office functions, coordinate with vendors and visitors, and ensure office supplies and resources remain stocked and organized.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with special projects, team initiatives, and additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant and Office Manager:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: 7+ years of executive assistant, office management, or administrative support experience is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting senior leadership within a professional services, corporate, or financial services environment is required.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required, and experience with expense reporting systems is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational, communication, time management, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are required.
