The remote work setting allows our LICSW to operate from the comfort of their own home while connecting with clients through secure online platforms. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, supporting structured client appointment scheduling and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and couples therapy addressing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized and evidence-based tools to understand each client’s strengths and needs, contributing to the formulation of tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state laws to ensure the highest standards of client confidentiality and care delivery.

• Deliver culturally competent care, ensuring that therapy practices are inclusive and respectful of the diverse backgrounds and identities of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, the LICSW will work with clients from varied demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, presenting with a wide spectrum of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
