We seek experienced Business Development professionals with a strong contact base to represent and support a solid, professional organization committed to the highest standards of patient care. Duties and Responsibilities Serves as the organization’s liaison with various organizations locally and nationally. Maintains current relationships and grow census with current referents. Develops and maintains targeted goals and strategies of FHE’s business plan and develops new referral relationships with emphasis on face-to-face contact. Represents the company in community-related activities. Develops and implements marketing strategies for FHE to increase new clients and number of patient referrals. Networks locally, nationally and internationally as required to maintain and grow new business relationships. Coordinates and conducts tours and other events to promote the services offered. Educates referral sources, patients and families regarding FHE’s programs and services available. Notifies staff of new community resources, as additional information becomes available. Establishes weekly marketing plan and documents daily contacts in Sales Force. Plans and participates in community and regional networking events. Qualifications and Requirements BS or BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or Healthcare Administration preferred. Minimum 2 years experience with a proven success in personally developing referrals in target markets for addiction and behavioral healthcare treatment required. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Florida House
