Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized tools and tailored interviewing techniques.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through various modalities including one-on-one sessions, family therapy, and group therapy settings to foster client engagement and support.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that interventions remain effective and relevant.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning when necessary to stabilize clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated client care.

• Stay up-to-date with ongoing professional development, including participation in training sessions and briefings on the latest research in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
