Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services through individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing emotional well-being and fostering healthy relationships.

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to identify patients' psychological needs, ensuring tailored and effective treatment plans that address complex behavioral and emotional challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly revisiting them in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary team members to ensure they align with evolving client objectives.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide valuable support during critical situations, assessing and managing emergent emotional and behavioral problems to ensure the safety of clients.

• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing valuable insights toward the comprehensive treatment strategies for clients, ensuring collaboration with colleagues across various disciplines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) recognized in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in the field, particularly in working with addiction and mental health issues.

• Demonstrable expertise in psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention, showcasing the ability to connect clients to appropriate resources and support systems.

• Thorough understanding of developmental stages and dynamics of individual and family growth across the lifespan.

Compensation and Benefits\n
