Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of modalities tailored to address specific mental health concerns and client objectives.

• Respond to urgent client needs by providing crisis intervention strategies during acute mental health situations, maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including comprehensive notes on treatment plans, progress assessments, and any significant changes in client circumstances, while upholding ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will cater to a broad range of clients who may be facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, and more. Working remotely allows you to engage with clients across Frisco, Texas, and beyond, facilitating connections that may not be possible through conventional in-office settings. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses, enabling you to apply your skills to a wide spectrum of therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Have a minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
