Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing tailored treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and other innovative techniques.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly assess client progress to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical standards and to support insurance processes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills in mental health interventions, and incorporate new findings into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist with International Client-centered Therapy, you will work with a diverse population of clients who are navigating various mental health conditions, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and stress-related challenges. Our focus is on providing culturally sensitive care and addressing the unique needs of each individual through a client-centered approach.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
\n
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and fellow team members.

• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse client backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling you to effectively manage a flexible remote schedule.

Compensation and Benefits\n
