Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions to clients via video chat.

• Employ solution-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Assist clients in gaining insight into their emotional experiences, personal relationships, and mental health challenges.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to support their personal growth and development of healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Our goal is to equip clients with the tools and skills they need to lead fulfilling lives, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid, fully licensed status as a practitioner without supervision: either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor to effectively support clients.

• Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate telehealth platforms efficiently.

• No limited or provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary record are essential.
