Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying their challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Collaboratively develop and implement customized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions to support clients' journeys.

• Engage with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure the delivery of coordinated and comprehensive care, attending case reviews and treatment meetings as needed.

• Respond to crises and perform risk assessments, providing immediate support and safety planning when necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate psychoeducation classes to enhance clients' coping skills and foster community support.

Your role as a therapist will involve working with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, couples, and families, who seek guidance for a variety of mental health concerns. You will address complex issues ranging from relationship challenges and family dynamics to individual struggles related to anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
