Product Manager for AI Model Training [Remote]

Role Overview
Help shape AI-driven product workflows by applying senior product management expertise to train next-generation AI systems. You will create and assess realistic product deliverables that improve how models reason, communicate, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic product management scenarios involving specification writing, launch reviews, executive updates, and strategy memos.
- Create gold-standard PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive reviews, and cross-functional briefs with senior-level clarity and polish.
- Evaluate AI-generated work for structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, and stakeholder clarity.
- Develop detailed evaluation rubrics that distinguish leadership-ready communications from early drafts.
- Identify and annotate common issues in product deliverables, including vague objectives, missing tradeoffs, and unclear prioritization.
- Ensure task designs reflect authentic, high-impact product management workflows.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of product management experience at a major technology company, such as FAANG, Microsoft, or a company of similar scale.
- Deep experience owning PRDs, launch documentation, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
- Strong command of product management frameworks, including Jobs to Be Done, opportunity solution trees, or prioritization models.
- Excellent technical writing and native-level written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- Experience in product strategy, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management within high-growth environments.
- Strong deck creation, rubric development, product reasoning, and product management skills.
- A master''s degree, such as an MBA or MS in a relevant technical field, is preferred.
Work Terms
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Remote, limited to candidates based in the United States.
Compensation
