This role involves account segmentation, prioritization, planning, and execution to achieve targeted sales volume, margin, and income levels. This position is responsible for the P&L for the region and for achieving revenue goals. **Core Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, policies, capabilities, and programs to maximize growth and meet or exceed business targets (sales, margin, and income).* Identify new business development and market opportunities.* Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for promoting the Xylem Vue product portfolio in emerging markets.* Lead the development of short- and long-range financial plans, budgets, and other key business performance metrics based on Xylem Vue goals and growth objectives.* Work with the Xylem Vue marketing team to coordínate the introduction of new products and the implementation of cross-selling initiatives.* Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to maintain and further develop product selection to support market needs.* Drive the sales of software and digital products, leveraging expertise in these areas to enhance the Xylem Vue product portfolio's market presence and customer adoption.**Qualifications:*** B.S. in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.* Minimum of 10 years of related technical sales experience.* Strong presentation skills and technical capabilities.* Previous leadership and managerial experience.* Thorough knowledge of consultative/value-based selling.* Proven experience in software and digital product sales.Werden Sie Teil des globalen Xylem-Teams und gestalten Sie innovative Technologielösungen mit, die die Nutzung, Verfügbarkeit, den Schutz und die nachhaltige Verwendung von Wasser sicherstellen.
