Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine physical therapy needs, analyzing patient history and assessment results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may incorporate therapeutic exercises, hands-on manual therapy, and specialized equipment to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure each patient can achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on the use of assistive devices and effective self-care strategies as part of their rehabilitation process.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on interdisciplinary care approaches.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, emphasizing your advanced knowledge and clinical skills.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
