Pmo Coordinator / Planview Administrator

Provide overall end-user support and training.

Provide Planview Administrative Support for IT.

Add, delete, and modify User IDs for the organization.

Maintain resource calendars, structures and hierarchies.

Assist with adding, editing and creating new fields.

Lead/Assist with running various existing governance reports and processes.

Provide support to deliver the maximum value and benefits from projects and programs within the IT portfolio.

Facilitate New Hire creation and existing Associate/Contractor Terminations in Planview.

Generate Timesheet Compliance reports (weekly/monthly) and ensure Project status reports are published on time.

Conduct Training sessions with Project Managers to prepare them for Project Review Meetings (PRM).

Publishing PRM Agenda and Notes and sending to Stakeholders.

Creation of new Projects using Planview which includes use of reusable templates.

Execute the creation and maintenance of the required project portfolio documentation and artifacts.
