Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and identify their unique needs.

• Design personalized treatment plans based on thorough analysis, ensuring they are tailored to the individual’s specific circumstances and mental health issues.

• Provide regular individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and culturally informed methods to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive clinical documentation, ensuring all interactions are recorded accurately in the EHR system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. As a counselor, you will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals navigate their challenges by providing tailored therapeutic interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in mental health counseling, including working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
