Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the emotional and relational needs of clients during their rehabilitation journey.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to uncover clients' unique relational dynamics and challenges, leading to the development of customized treatment plans that align mental health objectives with rehabilitation goals.

• Facilitate sessions that employ family systems theory and various therapeutic techniques, promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of client well-being.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, especially during critical transition periods in clients' recovery.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Educate clients and families regarding emotional recovery processes, coping strategies, and the significance of strengthening family support systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, based on experience and qualifications.
