Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring their unique concerns and backgrounds are acknowledged.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions crafted to address specific identified needs and therapeutic goals, drawing from evidence-based practices.

• Maintain meticulous records by completing documentation, treatment plans, billing, and insurance authorization forms within prescribed timelines, facilitating seamless care and compliance.

• Develop critical crisis, safety, and wellness plans that bolster patients’ abilities to maintain stable functioning during challenging times.

• Create tailored discharge plans that support a patient's transition from active therapy to self-management and ongoing wellness.

• Adhere to current federal and state regulations, as well as agency policies, ensuring the highest standard of care and accountability.

• Continuously enhance your professional skills by engaging in mandatory training, ongoing education, and case consultation with peers.

• Participate actively in team meetings and consultations to share insights and develop best practices within the agency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, which qualifies you for licensure at the state level.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome both seasoned professionals and new graduates, previous experience in providing telehealth services, particularly in a remote setting, is highly advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
