Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, needs, and preferences, helping to build a foundation for effective treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services, including cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care, to support individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care that promotes clients’ overall wellness, ensuring access to essential resources and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
