This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining close communication with team members and clients. You will operate from your home office, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients and provide therapeutic interventions. Your role will entail participating in regular remote team meetings, ensuring collaborative treatment planning, and maintaining compliance with our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, evaluating their mental health history, current challenges, and support needs.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and facilitating appropriate referrals for higher levels of care when necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and resources, fostering an understanding of treatment options and the importance of ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in virtual multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share strategies for engagement, and enhance collaborative care.

• Stay informed about current laws, ethical guidelines, and best practices relevant to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of clients at our detox center, many of whom are experiencing mental health challenges in conjunction with substance use issues. This role requires empathy, cultural sensitivity, and an unwavering commitment to supporting clients through vulnerable moments in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, with a strong preference for experience in addiction and recovery environments.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly in a remote service delivery context.

• Established proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
