Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring to consider their unique backgrounds and circumstances.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in overcoming life challenges.

• Engage actively in case management by linking clients with essential community resources, such as housing assistance, substance abuse programs, and healthcare services.

• Offer timely crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating safety planning for clients in urgent need.

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing diverse social challenges, including homelessness, domestic violence, mental health issues, and substance usage. By focusing on empowerment and trauma-informed care, you will help clients develop resilience and access the resources they need to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual pay between USD 60,000 and 100,000.
