As I Am is looking for an Account Manager who knows how to build strong relationships, spot opportunities, and keep every moving piece moving. If you’re equal parts people person, strategic thinker, and organized icon, we should talk.

- Build trusted relationships with retail and distribution partners \n
- Own account plans, sales goals, promotions, and product launches \n
- Turn sales data and market trends into smart growth opportunities \n
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams \n
- Keep forecasts, reports, timelines, and deliverables on track \n
- Represent As I Am with confidence, curiosity, and good energy \n
- Solve problems before they become group-chat emergencies \n
What you bring:

- Experience in account management, sales, retail, beauty, or consumer goods \n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Confidence working with sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics \n
- Excellent organization and attention to detail \n
- A proactive mindset—you see what needs doing and make it happen \n
- A genuine interest in textured hair care, beauty, and culture \n
- Comfort balancing strategy, creativity, and the occasional spreadsheet \n
