Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Corventra Mind & Wellness, you will:

• Conduct individual and family psychotherapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment for clients.

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress, adapting approaches as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans in a user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining accurate and timely records that comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Manage a diverse caseload by tailoring your practice to align with your clinical strengths and interests, allowing for a fulfilling therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Engage in optional peer consultations, training workshops, and case conferences that foster professional development and combat feelings of isolation.

• Collaborate closely with our clinical operations and administrative staff to ensure seamless continuity of care for clients.

In this role, you will work with a varied client population, encompassing individuals, families, and couples facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active LCSW license in the state of California (we do not accept ASW applicants at this time).

• A minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience working in a mental health setting.

• Familiarity and comfort with telehealth practices and digital platforms for both client interactions and administrative tasks.

• Solid grounding in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based therapies.

• Demonstrated self-motivation, strong time management skills, and a commitment to effective communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Corventra Mind & Wellness offers a competitive annual compensation of $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
