Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop, and implement individualized treatment programs based on physician referrals and patient needs.
• Administer a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions across different specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication to enhance the overall treatment experience for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes, leveraging collective expertise and evidence-based practices.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care in accordance with prescribed plans, ensuring consistency and clarity in treatment procedures and techniques.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment techniques, rehabilitation goals, and home exercise plans to foster independence and recovery.
• Meet and exceed utilization goals and organizational performance metrics to contribute to business success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Powerback Physio Healer LLC, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and pediatrics with developmental challenges. Our clients come from all walks of life, and you will play a critical role in helping them achieve their functional goals and return to their daily activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with patients to facilitate effective rehabilitation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in using computer systems and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, specifically in orthopedic and sports medicine is advantageous.
• Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic modalities and evidence-based clinical practices.
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary health team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust compensation package, employees benefit from:
