You will work remotely, integrating seamlessly with our clinical team via digital platforms. Our practice operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required based on the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments of children and adolescents to determine their unique needs.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that consider family dynamics and developmental stages.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, with an emphasis on developing strong therapeutic relationships that promote trust and open communication. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated expertise in child and adolescent mental health, including a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive:
