Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to identify the mental health challenges faced by clients, enabling a customized approach to therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA and other relevant regulations to protect client privacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
