Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psycho-social assessments for patients to identify their mental, emotional, and social needs.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement comprehensive Plans of Care (POC) that address patient diagnoses.

• Regularly evaluate and adapt treatment plans based on continuous assessments of patient and family needs, ensuring alignment with clinical best practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group integrative psychotherapy sessions, employing expressive arts therapy techniques to enhance emotional expression and healing.

• Demonstrate clinical competency and maintain a high standard of care during field observations by supervisors, actively incorporating feedback into your practice.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers when necessary, focusing on integrated care for patients requiring additional interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals diagnosed with chronic or severe mental health conditions, including those affected by life-threatening illnesses. Your focus will encompass children, adolescents, and families, providing them with a supportive therapeutic environment that promotes healing and resilience. Utilizing expressive arts therapy as part of your practice will allow you to engage clients in creative ways, making therapy accessible and relatable.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid California Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, complemented by at least three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
