Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to evaluate clients’ concerns, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that align with clients' specific needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities best suited to target various mental health disorders.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to promote a holistic treatment approach for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrable training or considerable experience in mental health counseling, focusing on best practices and evidence-based approaches.
