Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, focused on providing comprehensive mental health services to our clients. Your key duties will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that promote mutual support and camaraderie among participants, helping clients connect over shared experiences and learn from one another.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling sessions that guide clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while assisting them in developing practical coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaboratively develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and aspirations of each client, ensuring that they feel heard and valued.

• Monitoring Progress: Assess and evaluate client progress using a variety of assessment tools and feedback methods, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans when needed.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold:

Compensation and Benefits\n
