Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of patients and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention to clients facing diverse emotional challenges, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focusing on mental wellness themes, including stress management, coping strategies, and personal development.

• Develop and sustain strong partnerships with various hospital departments, such as emergency services, patient support, and community organizations to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
